This past year, I have watched with interest, joy, and no small degree of smugness as WFH has become normalized.
The thing is, I was (maybe I should say, was forced to) practicing work-life integration when it was not really a thing.
2005. I had just finished with a difficult pregnancy. I went back to work full-time but managed to work out flexible working options with my employer at the time, MphasiS. As the CSR head, so much of my work was out in the field…
